I'm 5ft 8.5 inches tall and weigh 140lbs for reference. I purchased my normal size 28 waist and 33 length and they fit perfectly and also have a little stretch as well not only in the legs but also the waistband, not a tin of stretch but enough stretch. The length is perfect, just like I like. The jean material is super thin or thick and is also soft and comfy. The one thing I thought was weird is every pair of jeans or any clothing I have ever purchased from Amazon usually have "new" tags, especially jeans, these didn't have any "new" tags on them. The tags I'm talking about are usually one on the back pocket, one on the waistband with the size, a tag hanging from it with a price along with a sticker tag on the leg with the size, these had nothing. maybe these were a return from someone else, I dunno. They are new condition and I could also tell they hadn't been worn or washed or anything I just wasn't expecting them to have zero tags on them, seemed odd. These jeans are actually pretty perfect! Know your waist size and I do suggest you get your regular waist size. I can't speak got anyone else because all jeans for others differently but for me these fit just like all my other size 28 waist jeans. They are also High rise or kinda in between mid and high rise
