I recently put on some weight due to a medical issue and was so incredibly uncomfortable in last year’s shorts. I finally couldn’t stand it anymore and took to the ‘zon to find something to get me through the summer. I am 5’4, 150 lbs (weight mostly in the booty and thighs) and ordered the size M. They have great stretch, the waist isn’t super snug and provides excellent booty coverage. The inseam wasn’t QUITE long enough to keep my inner thighs from chafing but they’re so comfortable. The price point is perfect because I only expect to wear them until I get my issues all figured out so they’re a temporary comfort short and I do not regret buying them at all!The shorts are nice but it really is about your comfort. I’m really hippy with a big butt. They fit but I am not the one to wear coochie cutters ???. The length could be a tad bit longer making it 5 stars. However it really is up to the person who wears it. They have some stretch and does look good on. Big butt girls the cheeks show a little if you are into that.The fray looks thicker on than it does in the photo, and I’m sure if I washed it it might clump up a bit and look better, but I just couldn’t get over how it looked more like fringe.Comfy and nice stretch b it doesn’t get too baggy after wearing more then once before washingI usually wear a size 10 but I think I could have sized down in these. Very good stretch. I love all the color and wash options this seller has. I like the length and they fit super comfortably around my waist. I love the button fly and the throwback blue stonewash. I bought these shorts particularly for the fabric and the easy sizing - I can’t fit into a size 5 because of my wide hips, but a size 7 is too baggy. I hate stiff jean shorts because they’re so uncomfortable. If the waist isn’t digging into your stomach, then the hems are riding up in the front, and you’re constantly pulling them back down when you stand up and walk!I was going on vacation and panicked when I realized, 2 weeks prior to leaving, that I couldn’t fit into any of my old jean shorts (thanks to the pandemic weight gain), and I didn’t comfortably fit into ANY store name brands when I went shopping for new shorts. So I took a chance and bought several pairs in Medium. I am grateful I did! A couple were a bit too snug at the waist for me, so they were returned, but the majority I kept.I’m giving these 3 stars because they are cute and so comfy, but they get stretched out too fast and are a bit too loose after only a couple hours of wear. They fit right again after they’ve been in the dryer, though. I’ve got a bit of a booty, and I’m 5’0”, 135 lb, 33” waist, 38” hip. The Medium fits me best.Fits a bit on the larger size in the waist due to the stretch but I’m glad I didn’t size down because I don’t like my Jean shorts tight in the legs. Great for the price.Ordered a 2X but product was probably a Canadian medium to large. It would have cost more to return than to give away to a friend. No barcode for return to China either so no idea how they would track the return.They didn’t even fit my 5’2” 110lb daughter.
