I like that these are long enough to wear so your bum isn't hanging out the back. I got them a size larger since I am over 40 and wanted to make sure they were about as long as my fingertips when my arms were at my side. Plus I hat wearing jeans because they tend to be uncomfortable and stiff. Not these. They are sooooo comfortable. They are soft and have a lot of stretch. So, so comfortable. I'm giving 4 stars because the rips were really big and gap funny so you can see through the rips more. However, if I bought them the size down to fit snug instead of loose that probably would fix the gap. If I bought again, I'd buy the ones with the smaller rips. But definitely worth the money with comfort and style.These shorts are everything. They fit perfectly, aren’t up my butt and age appropriate lol. SO comfy, washes great and fits exactly right!! Love them.UpdateWhen I received the shorts I just try them on and they fit great, but when I finally wear them for a little bit longer I realize that they have lots of stretch and they just to big for me , so I'm exchanging for my size M. Super duper soft fabric and I love the coloring of them. Lots of stretch to them as well. Its as if you're not wearing anything. A little more pricey but you really do get what you pay for!! These will be the 1st pair I put on this summer
