I normally wear an 8 or 10, so I split the difference and got a 9. It fit, but it was snug in an unflattering way so I returned it for an 11, which looks great! (5'3" 150lbs, 30" waist, 39" hips for reference) I got the dark brown color because I was having trouble finding something similar in stores and this fit the bill. They're too long for me, but look fine cuffed. HOWEVER, the material attracts lint! Was not expecting that!I then ordered the dark teal pants as well, and they're a completely different pair of pants. They have a black and silver tag on the back, kind of ugly, and they're made of something super stretchy. Doesn't look at all like cotton or denim. The brown pants are stretchy as well, about as stretchy as any other pair of skinny pants or jeans... These are something different. Not a twill fabric but kinda thick. The button is painted teal to match the pants. However, since they are this other type of material, even though the pants are mid rise instead of high rise (true about both pairs) they do not dig into my stomach and cause any type of muffin effect, nor do they start sliding down after being worn for a while. So the material is not necessarily a bad thing, but it was def a surprise. Cuffing them doesn't look great, so hopefully this odd fabric can be easily hemmed. Oh, and this pair does not attract lint at all. It practically repels it.Hope this helpsBought a wine colored pair, loved them and bought 2 more in brown & black - will likely add a copule more to the collection. Fit perfectly snug with just enough stretch- generally size 0, slim but went ahead with the smallest available (1) and they are perfect - i would suspect that they run small though, considering how perfectly snug they are on my small frame. Im 5'5" @ 110lbs, scrawny and have chicken legs so liked the fact that they weren't baggy on me. The legs are long enough i can roll them up, or have a little scrunch effect below the knee (which i dont mind so much, as i usually wear thick man socks to my knees anyway). Can easily dress them up or down, and are comfortable enough that i havent had the usual urge to immediately take them off after a day in the office. The material struck me as unusual at first, its not like a jean, but not a soft cotton either, and almost has a bit of shimmer to them (at least as it relates to the brown & the wine colors), thicker than straight spandex of course... the BLACK however, seems to be a slightly different style, i could tell right away that they were not AS slim as the previous two (at least at the ankle), and the material is more fabric like (lacking the shimmer effect of the others). I was dissappointed in this fact, only because i purposely purchased the black FOR that material, as it seems to be more resistant to fading in the wash. Bummer, but i was due for a new pair of black pants anyway, so will at least hang on to them - totally worth the price. One observation i have made since purchasing & receiving is that the (only) black selection available to me was "Black2", where the others appear to have no number, except "Mustard 1" which i have yet to purchase. It is possible the 2 indicates a different style, but will try to report back once i get a couple more!Evem though these don't fit, I'm giving these a 4 star because they are good pants. I love the fabric and color. They feel thicker and good quality. They are so tight with no stretch though. I couldn't even zip them. The zipper also could be of better quality. They would be a good fit if you have a slim butt and thighs and narrow waist. They were a little long for how skinny they are, and are fairly low rise. My butt crack was showing if I moved around much.I am picky about my jeans and nervous about purchasing online without trying them on. After reading about twenty-five reviews, I was ready to take the risk. I ordered two pairs of size 7 jeans in beige and brown and I am 5'7 and weigh 120 lbs. When they arrived I not surprised to find that each pair was made by a different company (many of the reviews had mentioned this). I was thrilled to discover that they both fit perfectly, neither too tight or too loose. The length was perfect also, right at my ankle. I have paid two and even three times this price to find jeans that look and fit exactly as these do. If these jeans hold up for one season it will be worth the price. I wrote this review to help others make decisions about purchases. The reviews I read about these jeans created a clear picture of EXACTLY what I received. My advice is to read the reviews--if the majority are consistent--go for it!!i am 5ft 5in and weigh about 220/214. Im all hips legs and butt. i normally wear a 15 and i got a size 15they are tighter in the leg than the waist but they loosen up in the leg quickly. not too loose so they feel baggy or wierd but just enough so its not as constricting.I got black, and i dont know what people are doing that they are covered in lint but maybe they should vacuum? or move? i have 2 cats, a baby, a 16yr old and a gray shag carpet and i sat around my house this am on the couch in these and didnt leave looking like a lint ball. if you have a lint issue i guess you can use static guard?these are really long on me but i feel like maybe i have short legs. there is enough space at the bottom for me to make a 1in one fold up. but this is how ALL pants fit me so im not shocked.The tummy fits snug at first but also loosens up, but not so much that you are hiking them up ever 3 seconds. normally i spend alot of time pulling my pants up but i havent had to adjust at all today. i also like that they are not super high waisted.i want to buy them in every color.I am 5’3 and 130 pounds, I bought a size 3.I really like the fit of these jeans! They are skinny and because of the type of fabric it is, they are also pretty stretchy. I went a size down from my usual size and im glad I did. Because they look a little more form fitting except for one thing, they are just a little bit too long. From the reviews I saw before I purchased it seems like they fit really well for people who are tall so thats why I went a size down from usual. But even then that are still a little bit too long for me so I think Im gonna get them altered so they will be perfect. Other than that i have no other compliants.
