For the price, these are cute kick-around, casual shorts for the summer. But DO beware that they run VERY small! I've been a size 8 for my entire adult life...I saw that others wrote that the shorts ran small, so I was about to order a size 10. Then I figured, why not let them fit a bit more loosely, so I bought a size 12. They fit, but just barely. Won't bother to return them...will just wear a baggy t-shirt on top and leave the button on the shorts undone.Not as described will return them.Cute. Really like them but sizing way off. I wear a 14. The 14 is a size 9 I would say.So let me start by saying the shorts are SUPER good and feel good quality. However, like reviews said they run small. Based on that I bought an 18 (normally a 14, 16 in some brands) and I could not come close to buttoning them. I'm 5' and about 187lbs for reference.I seen reviews saying these ran small, mine did not. These are sooo stretchy. They are a really thin extremely stretchy denim. I am usually between 11 and 13 in Jr's jeans I ordered a 14 because of the reviews. I will probably return for a 10. I will absolutely love them when they fit me.Too small.Runs about 2 sizes to small, ordered the same size in a different style and they fit perfectWaaaay too small despite ordering two sizes too big
