The problem I have had trying to find any kind of Legging Jean has been that as soon as I lean over or squat my butt is on full display and I'm having to constantly pull them up even if I have a belt on. These are built for WOMEN! Women with REAL bodies! Not teenagers with no hips or a$$. I did the squat test and was sold! My butt was securely covered! Even without a belt on! They fit wonderfully.I am 5'5" with a 30" waist and 40" hips and the 12 short fit great (I have a long torso and short legs). I think that the company wants you to buy a size smaller, so you get their "suck you in" technology but I feel like they would be uncomfortable, even if they did suck me in. Isn't half the point of leggings to be stylish AND comfortable?They also do wonders for my butt, the pockets are a great butt to pocket size ratio and aren't spread far apart so they really flatter your tush. You don't get "Mom butt".Also, a lot of jean leggings have the tendency to stretch out like an hour after you put them on, I wore these all day and they were still going strong!Definitely recommend them, and they're great even if you have junk in your trunk!
